A WHO study shows us the consequences of the fears of contraceptives in low to middle income countries.
Fears about contraceptives result in 15 million unwanted pregnancies each year!
Researchers found that from figures in 35 low to middle income countries, out of 16.7 million unwanted pregnancies, 15 million of them could have been avoided.
They found that 40% of women that don't use
Contraception don't because they are scared of the side effects that modern contraceptives might have. Whilst another 20% don't use
Contraception because they underestimate the risk of getting pregnant through unprotected sex according to a World Health Organisation study.
Don't be scared of Contraception, it has so many sexual health advantages apart from preventing unwanted pregnancies.
